This skirt is 2 layers of sparkle and holographic fun! The top layer is cut to resemble tentacles in black sparkle and the bottoms layer is our oil slick holographic spandex with blue and purple shades. Both layers are full circles for a true skater skirt. This skirt is offered in 3 lengths - the 15,5" length is shown in the photos. Pair this with our fringe sleeve top and you'll have the perfect Ursula costume! This is a great skirt for a running event as well - but you'll want to wear your favorite spandex shorts underneath.
